Policies.

Cancellation Policy:

We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations to avoid penalty

Cancellations made between 24-48 hours of your appointment are subject to 50% of the appointment cost

Cancellations made less than 24 hours of your appointment are subject to 75% of the appointment cost

No-shows subject to the full appointment cost

All cancellations and no shows that are subject to penalties, must pay these fees before being able to rebook

Other Policies:

Consultations are mandatory to ensure we can confidently give you the best transformation

Deposits are required upon booking for new installs

Late arrivals - As we respect your time, we ask that you please respect ours. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to another date

Maintenance is required every 6-8 weeks, anything over this is subject to an overdue fee starting at $45

You must arrive to your appointment with freshly washed and dried, straight hair. If you arrive to your appointment with your hair wet or greasy, we may not be able to perform your service.
